Ongoing research: Neighbourhood planning
Author: Localis - Apr 13, 2011
Localis is producing a report in conjunction with Birmingham City Council, Land Securities plc and RICS designed to be a helpful contribution to the development of the Government's plans for neighbourhood planning – and will be aimed both at central government and local planning authorities (LPAs). In particular, the report will have a strong focus on using case studies and best practice to offer practical recommendations designed to help the Government’s neighbourhood planning reforms work effectively, and play their part in delivering more development across the country.
